Our Future Workforce - The Youth

The Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago have issued this publication for the purpose of providing specific information on the metropolitan Chicago region's future workforce - its youth.  Information is examinted in the context of today's youth being tomorrow's workforce and issues that impact their acquisition of the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for future high demand occupations.  The report provides basic demographic information about our youth, their families, their educational attainment, their current employment, and how the workforce system can assist with their development.
